Shipping and Handling Options

FLAT RATE SHIPPING ON MOST ORDERS $6.00
Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS within 48 hours of purchase.
Shipments may take 7-14 business days to receive(though sometimes rather quiclky),
additional time may be required during holidays.
Monogram(custom) orders usually have a 1-2 week turn over(does not include shipping time).
Through PayPal Payments Pro all orders will be processed using the customer's specified credit card..
Many credit cards are easily accepted through this easy and secure payment option.
Note: all Louisiana Residents will be charged 9.5% sales tax. Residents of other states will not be charged sales tax.
Fraud: We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. Generally, we require all orders are shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card. We also impose additional methods to prevent fraud with the latest technology available associated with online shopping. In addition, when you place an order your IP address, date, and time is collected.
Orders Shipped Outside the U.S.
We currently do not ship outside of the United States. We hope to do so soon !
International Orders
We currently do not offer any international shipping. We hope to do so soon !
Out Of Stock: Please note that occasionally when orders come through simultaneously, one of the orders may be processed, but the item is out of stock. A refund or exchange will gladly be issued.
We strongly recommend that you do not request gifts to be shipped to hospitals or medical facilities. Delivery delays and additional shipping charges could become necessary if the gift recipient has already been discharged.
Return Policy
We accept returned items in their original, unused, unworn condition for refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories and tags intact. Clothing must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be issued.
Returns can only be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase or the Paypal account used.

Note:Very rarely do we have online attempts of fraud regarding the return of damaged merchandise. For this reason though, we reserve the right to issue an exchange or store credit rather than a refund at our discretion.

The following items are not returnable merchandise – handmade and custom items, personalized items, bathing suits and bath and body products.
All Sale items are final sales also.
